KROUFR (Commission for Regulation of Financial Markets Relations)

KROUFR (Commission for Regulation of Financial Markets Relations) - a non-profit organization that works to regulate relations between the Russian participants of the international financial markets and promotes the development of services.

The main activity of the Commission is aimed at resolving disputes and problems to fulfill the obligations that are assumed certified participants in international financial markets (brokers and dealing centers). In addition, the organization is advertising and spreading awareness of financial markets, as well as certification, analysis of market conditions, studies to minimize the risks that may arise in the implementation of certain standards of financial activities. Office of the Commission is in general meeting, which is chaired by the President.

Direct activity KROUFR involves many groups, each focusing on different issues. Among them, standardization, certification, dispute resolution and issues. Control of the Commission covers all major currency markets, including the stock market and Forex.

• coordination and the enhancement of the activity of participants in international financial markets
• minimizing risks in the markets
• promotion and development of rules and standards for the conduct of operations in international financial markets, given the standards of business ethics and fair competition
• resolution of disputes and disagreements between market participants
• creation of an insurance fund for customers DC, who are members of KROUFR
• help to create the conditions that promote the quality of work in the international financial markets
• to contribute to the improvement of regulations and laws affecting the job market
• information and analysis of the principles of operation and services presented in the financial markets, international scope
• research trends and prospects of development of international financial markets, as well as activities to introduce new technologies

Basic principles and issues of Disputes

• KROUFR process applications or claims of all active traders. It can be as customers participating companies the Commission and the other dealing rooms or brokers in the market
• KROUFR solutions are mandatory for member companies of the organization. For other companies, they are recommendations
• KROUFR does not consider applications if the proceedings are necessary expertise or professional investigations
• KROUFR claims no responsibility when it comes to compensation for moral damages in lost profits or lost revenue
• KROUFR does not consider applications, which set out the claims of the investor to the trader about the improper performance of the contract if the first to provide a second access to their accounts
• KROUFR does not accept or consider any claims if they set out matters on which examination is conducted by the competent public authorities. For example, investigators, prosecutors
